sleep in their cars in Westside LA. That’s what Housing LA is doing. Ask any
low-income or homeless person in this nation who works on the issue of housing
justice what the number one solution to homelessness is, and they will reply:
‘Homes!’ It seems very obvious, and sometimes the simplest answer is in fact
the best one.”
